    A written confirmation and your tracking details, so you can follow the parcel until it arrives.

Before you request a quote

How do I get a price?

Send the quote form below. I look at the pickup postcode, destination, weight and packing you need, then message you the price on WhatsApp.

Do I have to commit when I ask for a quote?

No. A quote request is not a booking. Nothing is collected until you approve the price.

Will I get tracking details?

Yes. Once your parcel is shipped I send you a confirmation with the carrier and tracking number.

Which carriers do you use?

I ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail. I pick the one that suits your destination, deadline and parcel, or you can choose a preferred carrier in the form.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, for parcels that fit in a standard-size suitcase. Choose Same day in the form and I will confirm whether it is possible for your route and collection time.

Can you ship abroad?

Yes. Pick the destination country in the form. If it is not listed, choose Other and add the country in the notes.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on the destination and whether you choose standard or express. Your quote includes the delivery estimate.

What if my item is fragile or valuable?

Tick the fragile packing option and tell me the item value in the notes. I will confirm the packing and what cover applies before you approve anything.
